The Foundation under the name "Devana" operates on the basis of the provisions of the Act of April 6, 1984, on foundations, uniform text: Journal Of Laws of 1991, No. 46, item 2a3, as amended, the Act of April 24, 2003 on public benefit activities and volunteering {consolidated text: Journal Of Laws of 2010, No. 234, item 1 "536 as amended) and these Articles of Association.
The main goal of the Foundation The priority task is the implementation of such statutory goals as environmental protection, education, public health, and helping the needy.
The basis of our functioning is the work on projects. There is an idea, so there are people who care. That is what matters. The rest we can work out later together.
The Foundation aims to operate in the field of:

Collecting and working out material resources intended for organizing, financing, and supporting activities for environmental protection in Poland and abroad.

Helping people in need and equalizing their chances in society.
Stimulating social pro-ecological and pro-social initiatives and creating conditions for increasing their effectiveness. -
The development of forms of free movement, between Poland and other countries, movement of ideas, scientific and technological thought, and other values related to the evolution and shaping of the environment that we all live in.

Organizing and supporting environmental and humanitarian education of the society.

Creation of organizational and material conditions for the implementation of new solutions in the following fields.
